Air Share is a free online shared clipboard and file board. Open one link, type text or upload files, hit Save, and anyone with the same link sees your updates — in the office or across the internet. No accounts or apps required.

Each board gets a unique URL like https://usetoolsweb.com/air-share?d=397f68cb. Content is stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 7 days.

How it works

Air Share uses a shared board ID in the URL (?d= plus an 8-character code). Saving text or uploading files updates the board on the server. The page polls every few seconds so others see changes automatically.

  1. Open Air Share and copy your board link (or open a link someone sent you).
  2. Type in the Text area or upload files under Files.
  3. Click Save for text; wait for uploads to finish for files.
  4. Teammates open the same link and see your content.
  5. After 7 days, the board and files are removed.

Step-by-step instructions

Start a new board

  1. Go to Air Share on usetoolsweb.com.
  2. Copy the board link at the top or click New board.
  3. Send the link via Slack, Teams, WhatsApp, or email.

Share text

  1. Type or paste in the Text box.
  2. Click Save.
  3. Others see the text within a few seconds.

Share files

  1. Drag files onto the drop zone or click to browse.
  2. Wait for upload (up to 50 MB each, max 20 files).
  3. Others click Download next to each file.

Example

Scenario: A designer sends a logo and brief to a developer in another city.

  1. Designer copies https://usetoolsweb.com/air-share?d=397f68cb.
  2. Pastes the brief in Text and clicks Save.
  3. Uploads logo.png to Files.
  4. Developer opens the link, reads the brief, and downloads the logo.
